They remind me of what a wonderful world we live in, when we take the time to stop and look at it.<BR/> It has been such a windy and wet summer back here in Scotland that the regular memory of hot dry summer days under a vast canopy of blue is sorely needed.<BR/> My brother, Kevin arrives in Scotland tomorrow and he remembers and recalls the bodegas well. We are off to do a walk across England from St Bees Head to Robin Hood's Bay ( about 300K and two weeks). A substitute for the camino I suppose. But I must confess that we are doing it the soft way, having our packs carried and staying in B & Bs. I fear for the consequences of a fortnight of fried breakfasts. But being a canny Scots man, having paid for them I have to eat them. <BR/> When are you going to publish your mediaeval Camino story. I read part of it while visiting and am still intrigued with how it pans out.
