I don´t think the whole world is so interested, or I´d post it all here.
(I lean toward Zamora, if only because Salamanca is always heaving with tourists and My Fellow Americans).Rebrites@yahoo.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11827625656760747239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9018985237438196013.post-62123100251417755442008-09-26T00:50:00.001+02:002008-09-26T00:50:00.001+02:00thanks a lot for your blog, Rebekah, I read it wit...thanks a lot for your blog, Rebekah, I read it with the greatest passion, I remember walking past your place and seeing the invitation to have tea and biscuits, and both an empty teapot and an empty biscuit tin!
and the weirdo with the rope in Moratinos.
Thanks a lot for telling us your impressions on such a special little place... The only thing I'm struggling with is will it be Salamanca or Zamora. I'm leaning towards the former, but would be curious as to your opinions.

- NevNobody reallyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07305426408866967565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9018985237438196013.post-27777003050454164492008-09-25T15:35:00.000+02:002008-09-25T15:35:00.000+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Rebrites@yahoo.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11827625656760747239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9018985237438196013.post-58294364349726752362008-09-25T15:34:00.000+02:002008-09-25T15:34:00.000+02:00tis a pity, Laura. Don´t let silly things like wing mirrors stand in the way... the Spaniards don´t!Rebrites@yahoo.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11827625656760747239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9018985237438196013.post-40320012195000586562008-09-24T16:46:00.000+02:002008-09-24T16:46:00.000+02:00I am in stitches having just read this while sitti...I am in stitches having just read this while sitting in my hotel in Salamanca. Our original plan was to visit villages in the area but after the harrowing drive into town, on streets that grew more and more narrow and cobblestone paths that I was sure could not possibly be for cars, we have decided that hanging out in the city and leaving the car safely tucked in the parking garage (with mirrors folded in) will be just fine at this point of the trip. When we went through Burgos yesterday I wanted to turn west and come meet you, but time didn't allow and it sounds like you were busy anyhow! I love your stories.
